Help, privacy and local saving
Hotel Template Vault documents are stored in this browser. They are not cloud-saved or transmitted to an external document service.
Autosave
After a short pause, edits update the current local draft. The status beside Save announces Saving, Saved, Unsaved changes, or Save failed.
Versions
Autosave does not create a new historical copy. Choose Save New Version when you want a restorable snapshot.
Print and download
Print / PDF opens a clean branded report suitable for the browser’s Save as PDF option. You can also download HTML, plain text, or JSON.
My Hotel prefill
Use My Hotel Details copies relevant profile values into the current document. Editing them does not change My Hotel.
Backups and recovery
Export important document data and custom template definitions as JSON. Browser-local documents may be lost if browser data is cleared.
Sensitive information
Avoid entering sensitive guest, employee, payment, health, identification, or confidential contract information. These general templates are not legal, accounting, HR, safety, insurer, brand, or regulatory approvals.
Clearing data
Use your browser’s site-data controls to clear local records. Export backups first; cleared browser data cannot be recovered by HotelToolbox.
