HotelToolbox is designed to minimize collection and keep personal hotel work in your browser.
Information stored locally
My Hotel profiles, favorites, calculation history, documents, snapshots and finance scenarios are stored in your browser’s local storage. They are not automatically sent to SalesHospitality or an external document service.
Public-data requests
Market tools may send a city, state, ZIP code or public-data lookup parameters to server-side government data services. Completed documents and financial scenarios are not included in those requests.
Analytics
HotelToolbox does not use third-party behavioral advertising or session replay. Any first-party measurement must exclude calculator inputs, hotel financial values, document content and local identifiers.
Your controls
You can export or clear recognized local HotelToolbox data from the Local Data Controls page. Clearing browser data may permanently remove locally saved work.
Sensitive information
Do not enter bank details, payment cards, tax identifiers, medical information, government identifiers, passwords, lender credentials or confidential contract content.
